2. Data I process
The data you send through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message. If you write to me by email or WhatsApp, I will process the data you include in that message.
3. Purpose
To reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a service proposal. I do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box and submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and, when your enquiry is about hiring a service, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to me.
5. Recipients and international transfers
I do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. I use these providers, acting as data processors: Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which receives and forwards form messages, and Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA), the website's hosting provider, which may record technical visit data, such as the IP address, in server logs. When a provider is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
I keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if we work together, for the duration of the professional relationship and any applicable legal periods. After that, it is deleted.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to e.fernandez.ag@hotmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools, which is why it shows no cookie banner. Fonts are hosted on this website. Links to external services (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Calendly, App Store, Google Play) only load those services if you click them, and their own policies then apply.
